Connecting to disconnection
Usually one can think that disconnection is not a feeling. But when we are open to stay connected to the disconnection, then we can explore feelings like: being frozen, feeling stiff and get to know more of our range in the rainbow of feelings and emotions.
Disconnection has everything to do with trauma. Its a survival mechanism that help us to go through challenging experiences.
Getting to know the disconnection is an important step in the Healing Journey.
