The oldest and most inaccurate misconception in the realm of sexuality is the belief that men or male energy should be the ones leading the act of love. It is presumed that they know what to do, and it is the rhythm of male energy that determines the movement while female energy adjusts to it.

However, the reality is quite different.

When men with dominant male energy take the lead, many women who possess dominant female energy are trampled under the excessively intense rhythm imposed by the men. It’s akin to having a set of drums (symbolizing male energy) and a triangle (symbolizing female energy) playing harmonious music together. If we want to hear the triangle, the drum system must adjust and attune its rhythm to accommodate with the triangle, allowing it to be heard.
